In 1962, Andy Warhol ordered a pair of loafers from Talbinio Berluti. But Olga Berluti secretly designed a loafer that was terribly modern for its time...with... a flaw in the leather. In her words, it was caused by the rebellious cow that loved to rub against barbed wire. The design was adopted on the spot by the surrealist artist and, to this day, remains the symbol of the House creativity.
